Surrender Form

We understand keeping a parrot can be difficult and sometimes, quite costly. If you have a bird that you truly love but can no longer care for, we offer an parrot surrender program where we will take ownership, rehabilitate, socialize, and train your parrot to ensure they are adopted to a loving forever home. This process can remain anonymous if you choose.

Additionally, the abandonment of birds are an issue as well. If you know of any abandoned birds that could use our help, please let us know as well.

By submitting this form, I hereby donate the afore mentioned birds to ParrotHelp.com. I understand that the rescue will put the bird in their adoption program, and be placed in a home by ParrotHelp. I relinquish all claims to the bird, or any future offspring. I understand the bird will not be used for breeding.
